LUCHADOR WRESTLERS
The Disney Channel action show Black Scorpion and Ultra Violet is cholding a casting call for background actors / extras that live around the New Orleans Louisiana area. The show is now filming in the Louisiana area and are looking to fill paid extra roles on set for scenes that will be filming shortly. Central is casting Disney extras and the show will be filming in the area from mid July into January of 2022.
The show is described as an action comedy and involves a Latin theme of the Luchador and revolves around a Mexican family with a magical luchador mask.
Please note that you must live in the LA area in order to be considered and you also need to fit the role descriptions that are listed below. Please note that the roles listed for Disney Show “Ultra Violet and Black Scorpion“ are NOT speaking roles and this is an extras casting call.

This is an action-comedy superhero tale about the legacy of one family’s magical luchador mask! It’s a coming-of-age story told from the perspective of a young Mexican American girl!

RATE: $175/12 (filming) + $100 COVID

Filming in Chalmette, LA – on Friday 8/6 | Testing in Metairie, LA – on Wednesday 8/4

You must take a mid-nasal PCR COVID test every 48 hours prior to fitting or filming.

LUCHADOR WRESTLERS: Seeking submissions for a males (18+ years old) who can portray Latinx, Luchador wrestlers backstage at a wrestling event. You must be comfortable shirtless and you must have minimal to no tattoos on your chest, back and arms. *You will not be wrestling*

**PHOTO SUBMISSION RULES:
1). You should be the only person in the photo.

4). Absolutely NO filters!
**As a condition of working on set, Background Actors (including children and parents) will be subject to the same testing requirements as cast & crew in advance of work dates.**
Production will also require that anyone over the age of 8 wear a face mask that covers your nose and mouth to be worn while on set and while at the testing facility.*
