I’m helping to produce a non-profit editorial film that imagines a world without gun violence for a major magazine. We are planning to shoot it next week in Alameda and Oakland, and are looking for a mix of nearby parents and children, elementary through high school ages, to be extras in the film.
Would any of you be interested in participating?
It isn’t paid, but it could be fun. We would need about an hour of your time in the late afternoon/early evening of Weds, August 17th.
Some potential scenes involving extras are parents walking down the street in an Alameda or Oakland neighborhood with their kids and kissing them goodbye; kids playing on the playground; high school students hanging out by a movie theater; and a parent and child jumping on a bed together.
