We had great success with sourcing talent in our last project here, looking for more.

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a narrator for a new learning series.
Length: Each course will have about 30 seconds of VO – there will be 10 in Q2, right now we are looking for the voice in our initial proof of concept. (One course.)
Compensation: $125/course. + $150 Session Fee. ($275 buyout for first course, if we contract for multiple courses, we anticipate recording multiple courses in a single session.)
Demographic: 20-45 – We are specifically seeking a diverse audition pool of Adult American English voiceover artists to choose from and may select multiple talent across the first 10 episodes. Talent of all genders + racial/ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to apply if they are confident in their ability to fulfill and execute the spec.
Timeline: Recording episode 1 last week of March. – Auditions due March 21st
Our New learning series features clips from interviews with high profile business personalities, excerpted from a podcast series, organized around key takeaways and themes that can help employees achieve their and their employers’ goals. Our initial series will be on applying the lessons of entrepreneurship within the workplace.
As our narrator, your voice will be a key element of the glue that brings these elements together into a cohesive learning experience.

Usage:
This learning series will be made primarily available to customers of our learning platform or our content marketplace, qualifying as “elearning” or “industrial usage.” Nonetheless, we will be requesting a release for “all business purposes” to cover excerpting for trade show usage or in marketing reels. Because this series features high profile guests, we may choose to release excerpts or select episodes publicly for marketing purposes — compensation has already been adjusted up from our usual learning content rates to reflect this. There is no plan for paid placement.
