PAID PRODUCTION ROLES*
The Frankenstein Story” is an original, contemporary horror-drama musical based on Mary Shelley’s classic novel, “Frankenstein”. It features a score by Sierra Livermore and a book by Hayden Hall.
This is an audition form to participate in the first staging of this new musical, produced and operated by Utah Valley Artists (UVA). Zack Elzey will direct this production. Sierra Livermore will music direct this production. Zack Elzey and Hayden Hall will produce this production.
“The Frankenstein Story” will premiere at The Castle Amphitheatre (in Provo, UT). It will perform October 22, 23, 25, 28, 29, and 30th. The rehearsal process will be spread out between July-October to ensure time commitment for each cast member is not too strenuous. Rehearsals will typically be held in the evening/night, including on select Saturdays.

For each character, there is a link to a folder with three files in it: the sheet music, accompaniment track, and a prerecorded lesson teaching the music selection. After you have learned your music, record your audition and submit it via this form either as an attached media file or a YouTube video link.
If you are interested in more than one role, audition for the role you are primarily interested in, then indicate below which additional roles you’d like to be considered for.
Invited callbacks will be held on July 17th. Not receiving a callback does not mean you have not been cast in the show.
We will also be recording a studio album of the show using this original cast. If you are cast in the show, please be prepared to devote some additional time in August to record this album with us.
