Casting Call
Quality Digest will be auditioning on-camera talent for a series of corporate training videos on the future of empowering employees and increasing the quality of products. These videos will be shot at our studio in Auburn, CA.
Videos are a series of short 30- 90-second lessons delivered directly into the camera. Scripts will be on teleprompter but talent will be given scripts ahead of time to prepare.
We’re looking for actors to be a mix of race, age, and gender. They should be comfortable in front of a camera and able to give a natural delivery while reading from a teleprompter. Must have a “corporate” appearance (i.e. no facial tattoos, etc.)
Initial audition will be via Zoom. Actors who make the cut will be given scripts and will meet with one of our staff, again over Zoom, to do a run-through and go over any questions.
Once in the studio, talent will present directly to camera in a friendly, businesslike but conversational tone, reading from a teleprompter.
The videos will be recorded on March 16 and 17. Talent will be paid $30/hour or $100, whichever is greater. This includes one Zoom run-through and the actual time spent in the studio. The run-through and actual recording should take less than 3 hours per actor. Travel time/expense is not included.
