Hello there folks!
I’m currently working on a special musical film project, which is sort a mythological inspired take of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid fairy tale. I’m currently on the hunt for someone to audition and play the role of Prince Thor. He’s kind of supposed to be the human prince of the fairy tale.
For this role, I’m not only looking for a guy who can physically portray him in person for video end photo-content. But also looking for someone who can sing! Someone who can record some of the vocals remotely for the musical numbers
As of right now, since I’m kind of working on a student film-esque budget. It will be a paid opportunity for the recording and actual filming since it requires quite a few special skills. Mostly singing as well as a heavy background in aquatics (scuba, WSI or Lifeguard) for an underwater moment.
The role is pretty much open to anyone to audition. Since I’m going for more of a musical
theater feel for this project I’m extremely open to color transcendent casting for the role despite the Viking aesthetic.
