Was a part of the gang task force before joining Minneapolis police. Gang task force most known for putting together a database of gangs that mostly consisted of people of color. Involved in the chase of Fong Lee.
Trooper Tony: White
30’s, Med Build, Dark Hair, 5’9
John’s partner who is also involved in the chase of Fong Lee.
