Actor Refund Policy

Beginner Accounts

They are Free… No refunds.

Professional Actor Accounts

Actors who purchase the Professional Actor membership are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the FIRST issued payment. We will consider a refund after 14 days of your original purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have made the purchase by mistake and have not yet used the product.
  • The membership is defective, and you have worked with CallBoard support to fix the problem, and the problem is still not fixed or it can’t be fixed.
  • The membership lacks one or more advertised features.

Reoccurring subscription payments are non-refundable.

Casting Director Refund Policy

Casting directors who purchase a membership are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the FIRST issued payment. We will consider a refund after 14 days of your original purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have made the purchase by mistake and have not yet used the product.
  • The membership is defective, and you have worked with CallBoard support to fix the problem, and the problem is still not fixed or it can’t be fixed.
  • The membership lacks one or more advertised features.

Featured Audition Refund Policy

Directors who purchase a “Featured Audition” are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of the issued payment. We will consider a refund after 3 days of your original purchase under the following condition:

  • The featured post is not displaying correctly, and you have worked with CallBoard support to fix the problem, and the problem is still not fixed or it can’t be fixed.

3 days is our time limit because of the high amount of traffic to our site and the number of actors who will view your audition.

Physical Product Refund Policy

Physical products purchased from CallBoard Corp. are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. Refunds will be issued after returning the product to CallBoard Corp. for the following reasons:

  • You have received the clothing product in the mail and it does not fit.
  • The product is defective and does not work correctly or is damaged.
  • The product lacks one or more of the advertised features.

All physical products must be mailed back to us (in proper condition) in order to receive a refund.

Other Digital Refund Policy

Other digital products purchased (Not mentioned above) from CallBoard Corp. are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase. We will consider a refund after 7 days of your original purchase under the following conditions:

  • You have made the purchase by mistake and have not yet used the product.
  • The product is defective, and you have worked with CallBoard support to fix the problem, and the problem is still not fixed or it can’t be fixed.
  • The product lacks one or more advertised features.
